Our Story

Gokudo Shabu Shabu is a fusion of Japanese style with a Taiwanese twist, founded on the values of freshness and heartfelt service. Our 17 unique soup bases were carefully developed to create a memorable hot pot experience. Each sauce, lovingly crafted by our founder’s wife, adds a personal touch that sets us apart. Very nice Taiwanese shabu shabu! The service is friendly, introducing menu in English nicely. The meal was great, very nice combo, fresh vegetables. shrimps and beef, the soup tastes good. Upgrading to marinated ground pork rice only needs 0.95 cent (tastes really good) every nice experience!! Love it

Best service and really good food! The Laksa and Curry are amazing, and the combo is really worth it. Love the new location that they moved to, everything is clean and new. Went during happy hour, unlimited drinks! Winter melon tea unlimited was amazing! My friend (pictured) dropped his quail egg after saving it for almost 2 hours, that’s how delicious this meal was!

Absolutely outstanding! The broth is a must-try, especially the Tom Yum, and the prime rib is a top choice. You can't go wrong with any of the hotpot selections. The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and accommodating. For $100 3 people ?? Can't go wrong

Honestly the best individual hotpot experience. Highly recommend the sukiyaki soup base with the short plate combo. Daily drink specials (non-alcoholic) are always amazing. We had lychee green tea and winter melon tea the time before and it was 🔥 The staff are always incredible and the service is fast. Only bummer is no reservations but you can join the waitlist online!
